All attempts to pay a bill through your BPAY has failed. When we pay, we get the money refunded only a couple of days later. Pay it again, it is refunded again ("Direct Credit ****** CARDS ACCOUNT BPAY CORRECTION"). Tried contacting BPAY (as CBA would not help us last time and said it was BPAY's problem). All their site says is to check the Biller Code and Reference number, and if this does not work contact your financial institution (which is CBA). Please help.
