I believe I have Comcast as my server - Acct* **** ** *** *******. I mainly use Nextflix besides standard TV*News stations. Everytime I do use Netflix, after several minutes into a program a "buffering" red circle happens. It will buffer through and the program will start up again, then a few minutes later the same thing will happen. The second time the buffering doesn't stop, then a message appears on the screen saying there's a problem. I end up shutting the TV off, re-starting it and having to get back to the show and start it again.
GetHuman-johndrk did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
