I have ALWAYS had my Xfinity mobile and Xfinity TV*Internet bills paid directly from my checking account via my debit card. Suddenly, I receive notice that there was a charge made to my personal credit card. Imagine my that it was Comcast charging the card $**.** for my most recent bill. First, I NEVER gave Xfinity*Comcast permission to charge my personal credit card. I have no idea how you even got the number. Second, my billing cycle for TV*Internet is the **th of each month, not the **th.**I work at the bank and see this kind of thing happen every day. You will cease using my personal credit card for ANYTHING. Delete the number immediately and go back to charging my bank account via my debit card. You will also hold true to our contract and return to billing me on the **th of each month - and not any other day.**I have always given great praise to Xfinity*Comcast. Trust me when I say there is no quicker way to lose customers and trust than being sneaky. DO NOT EVER TOUCH ANY OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT THAN WHAT HAS BEEN IN PLACE FOR OVER TWO YEARS.**Jacqueline Krusen
