I've already talked to techs on the phone numerous times in regard to this issue (can't record more than one show at a time and I pay for recording numerous shows at same time...the entire recording is s huge issue) and nothing has helped. I keep asking for a technician to come to my house and work on the issue in person but don't seem to be able to get anyone to make the appointment. We either get cut off, get transferred and get cut off or ???? *PLEASE send a tech to my house!!! Call me ASAP to set up the earliest time as this has been going on for over a month!
