I was given this number ****-***-**** by Steve from Xfinity Security Home report. He stayed with me noting the inconsistencies and lack of pre authorization. He tried and succeeded to clarify the situation in case * CR*********. I was on hold for * hour and ** minutes. I couldn't hold any longer. I was following his instructions, he seemed clever and aware that something sketchy was going on. I would appreciate a call to finish what he asked I tell the person who answered. No one did.
