I have been trying since October to get the refund of almost ***.** back, they give me a different story every week every month about ** day waiting period wrong dept. got request they say no one in the company can talk directly to that dept that process this talk to dept going to call back I paid over on the account to stay warm in the winter this is real money, not a credit I need to tell the world just what you do to senior citizens and people disabled **Sandra L.
