My main concern is that my husband and I have been RIPPED OFF on our Credit card: Vanquis by downloading * links, one was meant to be an e-Book telling us how to "make money online" and it was "failsafe" and the other (also to do with the TubeProfitSniper was meant to provide a link to click where you could start earning YouTube's profits asap! They're both liars, one is called YouTube Prosperity. Prosperity my ****, they just wanna plunge ppl into more debt more like! Clickbank are hosting and entertaining these morons and scumbags who are ripping ppl off and are actively encouraging them! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! i ony joined them on Friday, and wish I never bothered, they seem to have no principles, their log-in system's terrible and very ambiguous! Their "Customer Service" is appalling, their staff must be thick or liars, because they keep saying "Customer declined a refund" which is complete fabrication! NO I DID NOT I WAS NEVER EVEN asked! That was a lie. That useless "Chat Service" never worked for me! either! Their CEO whom I believe is Matt Hulett is a coward who obviously does not want to face Customers as disgracefully the emails I've been sending him along with all the various attachments which are relevant keep being BOUNCED!!!! My true comments and distress this appalling company has caused me so far is NOT being read or listened to! Clickbank are SUPPOSED to be there for the Consumer's protection - NOT add to our woes! It's particularly bad that they don't provide a free phone number that ppl internationally can use (I'm in the UK), and which we can use on our mobiles! I NEED OUR MONEY BACK REFUNDED (as given in good faith to charlatans) - back onto the Vanquis card, plus I want an indepth investigation into why Clickbank's staff FAILED me on EVERY angle, why the ceo's been REJECTING my email out of hand, and I want (shall expect) a humungus appology! Please I do feel I should also have a bit of compensation on top for all the unnecessary grief which I've been made to suffer by Clickbank stone-walling me! I've been ripped off already remember when YouTubeProfit downloader (which Heather sent me from the "Abundance Switch" ) - had the temerity to not only fail to set up the product I'd paid £**.** for but it actually ASKED me to pay a further £*** (in Dollars) to "upgrade", so it basically IGNORED the version I'd already ordered and tried to download! Similar thing happened with the "Prosperity" thingy, James Francis (my socalled guru), I NEVER EVEN GOT THE E-BOOK I'D PAID £**-** FOR !!!). i'd like my money REFUNDED ASAP from BOTH OF THOSE RIP-OFF MERCHANTS THROUGH CLICKBANK PLEASE!*Debbie (*****-******)
