Sirs,*In **** I purchased a brand new **** leftover Dodge Caliber with the lifetime powertrain warranty. I also at that time I purchased a lifetime wraparound warranty. Over the course of ownership the vehicle has been to Dodge dealerships about * or * times for warranty work or service. On Friday July *, **** the CVT transmission that the car is equipped with failed. I have s I'll once learned that the lifetime powertrain coverage on the car has been dropped due to reasons I had no idea about and that were not fully explained to me at the time of purchase. Any NORMAL warranty, if it breaks, it gets fixed. I would really like to get something done here. The car may be ** years old. But is in near excellent shape and at ***,*** miles has low miles compared to others I've seen and has been well maintained. If something is not done I will NEVER purchase another FCA vehicle AGAIN and I will make sure as many other people as I can tell, know not to by your product. *Regards, *Marko Reese
