During my recent stay, there were multiple issues that created inconvenience. The internet connection was unstable, preventing me from using the Choice website. After facing a long wait on the phone, I contacted the hotel. The staff member who took my reservation assured me he could handle it online. Despite his assurances, upon departure, the situation escalated, leading to police involvement and unexpected expenses. When I escalated the matter to the manager, the response was unsatisfactory. I believe a resolution like doubling my Choice Rewards points for that night, a refund, or a $50 credit towards a future stay would be appropriate. Your feedback on what would be suitable is appreciated.

I had [redacted] points previously, but now they are showing zero. I am certain I did not use them. Earlier, I couldn't log in online, so I had to reserve in person. I want to ensure I still qualify for the buy two get one free offer and apply my 25% discount code. The hotel couldn't process the discount, so the Manager suggested contacting Member Services to add the coupon for a refund or credit for future stays. Additionally, I was promised a $50 Visa Card by customer service last time. I had Choice Rewards from a previous account linked to a Quality Inn near Dorsett Rd. in Maryland Heights, MO, which is now closed. Can you assist in merging these accounts to access accumulated points that do not expire? Thank you for your help.

During our stay at the Clarion Hotel in Anaheim, my friend and I bought Disneyland tickets at the front desk. Unfortunately, we later discovered that the tickets were not valid when we reached the park. We were assured a refund by the hotel's staff, but after two days, the refund hasn't appeared in my bank account. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this with the hotel's employees, no progress has been made, and we are still unable to visit the park as intended. We are disappointed as we had been looking forward to this trip for two years. Is there any way to expedite the refund process and perhaps receive compensation for the extra night we will now have to stay just to visit Disneyland? The lack of transparency and assistance from the hotel staff is concerning, and we are unsure how to proceed to rectify this situation.

I have spoken with five people now and lost the money I paid for a room. My sister is visiting from out of town and is sitting in an unfamiliar place in shorts in the cold. I feel I have been treated unfairly, embarrassed, and humiliated. It's upsetting that I'm even calling in. There are multiple individuals who book on this account, but I have never seen anyone treated so poorly in all the years I've booked through this company. My family is very upset. We are currently planning a funeral, and this situation couldn't have come at a worse time. My sister and her new baby are outside waiting for the room I paid for. I hope this issue can be promptly addressed. I've been a loyal member for a few years and have never experienced such disrespect. I am considering reporting this to the BBB and any other relevant organizations.

My name is Crystal Carr, and my membership number is CRC1512. I checked into the Quality Inn on Richland Avenue on March 26, [redacted]. During my stay, everything was great until this morning, March 27, 20, when I was checking out. Unfortunately, my daughter mistakenly packed a bedspread from the room. Upon realizing this, I was returning it to the front desk when a lady, who seemed to be a manager, accused us of stealing and threatened to call the police. Despite apologizing, she yelled at my 8-year-old daughter in a frightening manner. This incident left us feeling very upset. I encountered a room with numerous issues at a Choice hotel location. As soon as I turned on the light, I noticed bugs crawling on the lamp. The bed had no bedspread and there were bugs on it too. The carpet was stained, and I found bugs in various places like drawers and even the refrigerator. I couldn't stay due to the intolerable conditions, especially after a long drive to Ft. Myers, FL to visit my cousin who is very ill. I had hoped to rest and continue driving the next day, but it was impossible. The desk clerk mentioned I wasn't charged, but I'm unsure. This marks the second unacceptable stay at a Choice hotel in less than a month, and I feel let down as I thought they cared about their properties and guests. I seek assistance in finding a decent room between Orlando, FL, and Ft. Myers, FL, for tonight. I am awaiting a prompt response and expect Choice hotels to cover the expenses. My recent stay at the Quality Inn in Warsaw, North Carolina was extremely disappointing. As a Choice Privileges member, this was my second time staying at this location, hoping for improvements. Unfortunately, my experience was worse than before. A man entered our room in the middle of the night, causing distress to myself, my family, including two small children. The response from the manager was dismissive and unhelpful. The loud disturbances from other guests continued late into the night, making it impossible to rest. The overall cleanliness and management of the hotel were unacceptable, and the lack of response to safety concerns was concerning. Refusing to refund our money for the second night after such a frightening incident was unacceptable. The atmosphere in the hotel was unpleasant with strong smells of smoke and marijuana in the hallways. The treatment we received was disrespectful, and the overall experience was disgusting. Action needs to be taken to address these issues promptly.

Hello, I'm Sierra Young. I stayed at the Quality Inn in Warsaw, North Carolina on June 26th to June 27th. As a Choice Privileges member, I had a terrible experience. This was my second visit, and unfortunately, the issues from my previous stay persisted. A man entered our room while we were sleeping, causing a frightening situation. When my mother approached management, they were dismissive, leading us to call the police. The noise from neighboring rooms made it impossible to rest, and the overall cleanliness and safety were lacking. Despite the disturbing events, the manager refused to refund us for the second night we had paid for. The atmosphere was filled with smoke and loud disturbances. The lack of customer service, cleanliness, and safety measures left me utterly disappointed and disgusted. Management's attitude was disrespectful, and the whole experience was shocking. Action needs to be taken to address these serious issues. I feel let down and embarrassed as a loyal member of the Choice Privileges program.
