I was just in your Tomball, Texas location. I asked for extra toppings for my bowl to go. The cashier started talking to the server in Spanish when she was given me my extra toppings( this is after she had dipped the toppings and I was about to pay). Then I was told by the cashier that I needed to pay an extra .** cents for each extra topping. He asked me if I wanted to pay keep the extra toppings and pay the .** for each one I told him no. I also told him that I have NEVER HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR EXTRA TOPPINGS. I told him that before he started talking to her in Spanish about what they were planning on charger me extra that he should have told me first before I asked for the extra. I was one of the first customers for your Willowbrook location when it opened here. I believe that this is something that they made up. They told me that their general manager told them to charge me extra. I WILL NEVER, EVER GO INTO YOUR TOMBALL LOCATION AGAIN.*THANKS MARJORIE FRANCE
