The issue in GetHuman-faithlar's own words
This is my first time to Checkers on **** Calloway Drive in Bakersfield, CA. My friend and I ordered * Big Buford combos. When we asked what comes in the burger, the associate stated the burger came with ketchup, mayo, lettuce, onions, and pickles. Burger * was plain with mayo and ketchup and Burger * was with lettuce and light mayo and ketchup. Burger * came with pickles and my friend cannot eat pickles as she is allegeric to them. We took Burger * back and told them. They remade burger ** however, this time it had tomatoes, lettuce, and light mayo, ketchup, and mustard. We were not told Big Buford's come with mustard as Burger * did not have mustard in it. My friend cannot have mustard, so we took the remade Burger * back and instead asked for our money back. We were told according to store policy there are no refunds. We understood this and instead asked for our receipt back. This is when the cashier and a cook became rude and hostile and began to start yelling at my friend and I telling us we were wrong. We calmly told her the issue and how we just wanted the receipt. She was still hostile as we received our receipt. Overall, this experience was awful and the likelihood of us coming back is low as we drove ** minutes across Bakersfield, CA. The host was McKenzie and this took place June **, **** at *:** pm through drive thru.
