Dear Cheap Ticket.I have tried contacting you a couple of time through mail but not getting a genuine reply.Like i sais ,i was to travell on the ** of March ,it happened that my Covid test delayed so they reebooked me for **th.My covid test came Positive.I was told by LKM after contacting them they can not do much the only way is to Contact cheapticket Agency to refund back my Money or give me a voucher that i havent gotten any Answer from you.Unfortunately all your numbers that are online including Hotline are not working.It leave your customers with questionmarks and stranded.My question is,are you giving me a Voucher or full refund since i even send you the proof of my test and the letter i got from the Gesundheitsamt?(CDE-*******)Moureen Lugalia
