I didn't acknowledge a new card until recently. And now I cant get Netflix worki g at all. I keep going back and forth with Netflix and Chase reps. Netflix says they cant process my payment be ause my card has a hold on it and Chase says there is no hold. I am getting nowhere! I try to update my Netflix account to continue to use my Chase card and they get back info that my card is on hold? Wha... ... I didn't acknowledge a new card until recently. I also got a suspicious email i forwarded to cust svc because i dont think its fro. Chase
Allow netfix to process my auto payment to them for june, then july and so on
I repeatedly try to get each company (nertflix & chase) to make the electronic payment*But netflux tells me their failure code says chase has a hold, and chase tells me there is no hold
