I signed up with MedStar Health for job searching. Months ago, I got a verification email for my MedStar account. However, I can't log in now. When I try to reset my password, it says the email doesn't exist. After a lot of frustrating hours, I decided to make a new account. I got an email to verify it but couldn't log in after clicking "verify." When I tried to reset the password for the new account, it said the email didn't exist. I wonder how many potential job seekers give up and go elsewhere. I hope this isn't a reflection of the organization itself.
