I cancelled CenturyLink service on ********** since I moved from the supported area and was told I would receive an email detaining instructions where to return the router. It*s been * days and I haven't seen anything from CentryLink.

GetHuman-tkkruzer did not yet indicate what CenturyLink should do to make this right.
