The issue in GetHuman-aceross's own words
I asked customer service to move my service on ******* to our new house less than a mile away for the following Monday ******. **It wasn't working on Monday so I called on Tuesday when it still wasn't on. After *.* hours on hold * different times. * differents techs and customer care, they said it was a software issue that needed to be resolved so call back on Friday. *I called today ****** and the issue has not been resolved. They cancelled the first order. Tried to start a new one and came up with the same issue. They can't say when it might be resolved but they can check over the next *-* business days. **I work ** on line. My son goes to school online. Without service I am unable to work and earn money. It is not acceptable to have this pending without any idea of how long.

GetHuman-aceross did not yet indicate what CenturyLink should do to make this right.
