We had a tech. Out switching us from prism to direct tv. When he was here everything worked fine we have bundle tv internet, an phone. Next morning all is well with exception of internet which has been down now for two days. I've chatted with rep this is like third try. Last time he told me I need to talk to fiber optics Dept. He gave number but I've lost it when hit wrong button phone. So I guess I need number again. One thing though when I'm online it told me I could get internet service back up in fifteen min. If I give account number an order number, an I looked online an seen no order number an tech only gave us a tv schedule before he left. How do I get order number an it also said I could by calling get this number or another that would work. I just want internet working for i know we are being charged an for no service.
