This is Ramona Corvin phone number ***-***-****. I originally hooked up internet with CenturyLink being told I’d have service within * days, We’ll that didn’t happen For one I’m on a fixed income I get a little over ***.** on the *rd if each month but if you look st my deposit if **.** you will see that **.** was taken from my card and **.** from a family member because **.** was literally the last bit of money I had but Wanted to cancel Dish Network (which I had internet with CenturyLink for over * years thru Dish) so I went ahead and broke myself which would have been fine if I’d got service on the **rd as told, but come the **rd at *:** I called CenturyLink because I still didn’t have internet ONLY TO BE TOLD it looked like it would be *th if the next month because someone had to come to my house, still don’t know why but now I had canceled dish had no TV or internet because of what I was told when I called CenturyLink asking about service just straight thru them, I talked to Rich that time, but then I called back explaining everything that had happened up til then and talked to John so he had it moved up to *st for me and I was so thankful, then he was telling me about a phone service that was only **.** a month unlimited local and ** mins long distance but bundled with internet really made it about **.** a month so I told him I would try it out since it wasn’t a contract I could cancel at anytime But hadn’t had a home phone for years so excited to not have to stand in certain spots with my cell to get good service but when it was supposed to have been tuned on I called the house phone with my cell and phone rang but when picked up nothing but LOUD static same thing when I picked up house phone to make a call just LOUD static. NOW ALL IF THIS IS NOTED IN YALLS NOTES ON YOUR COMPUTERS BECAUSE IT HAS ALL BEEN QUOTED TO ME ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. So I once again called CenturyLink and explained the static situation and said they were real backed up but someone would be out to fix it AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE CREDITED FOR THE TIME THE OHONE HAD BEEN ON ABD WOULD NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL PHONE SERVICE WAS FIXED. But I got a bill in but went ahead and paid the full amount THINKING I WOULD BE CREDITED IN THE NEXT BILL, Well that never happened and to make a long story short I’ve SUPPOSIVLY had phone service for almost * months now and just this past FINALLY AFTER * trips to my house that I know of even tho someone said they had came another time besides them * times and fixed some wires in the outside box BUT I WAS HOME ALL DAY AND WAITING ON THEM CONSIDERING I STILL HAD NO PHONE AND HAVE CONTINUED TO GET BILLS WITH NO CREDITS AND ON TOP OF THAT Being CHARGED **.** and something for late charges and no one came that day but they did * times but as excited as I was to get a house phone if the bill I just seen online is what I owe just cancel it. I’ve only had a week of service and was really glad to finally get it but I’ve been charged for * months of service AFTER BEING TOLD SEVERAL TIMES HOw SORRY THEY WERE AND THAT I WOULDNT HAVE TO PAY For IT TIL I ACTUALLY HAD SERVICE (and I know y’all can tell if a call has been made or received so you can check and you will see that no calls have been made until this last week and everything I’ve told you here is also documented on yalls computers) the last call someone told me about television service that can also be bundled I didn’t know I could get TV thru Centurylink but was seriously thinking of just doing that instead of getting it somewhere else since I canceled dish network But I originally called y’all for internet and if y’all are not gonna keep your word about crediting me the payment I made and have continued to charge me What supposed to been **.** a month THATS IF I HAD A PHONE WHICH I HAVE NOT TIL NOW, but for one cancel the *.** that I’m being charged for if they have to come inside to fix something because out of all the times they came they didn’t have to do that and as I said before cancel the phone if I’m gonna get charged for * months of phone that I DID NOT HAVE! I want the internet and would like to keep the phone now that I FINALLY HAVE IT But it’s been horrible until now to be honest. I just battled * yrs of fighting breast cancer and was really hoping things was gonna get a little better but if y’all can keep your word maybe we could start a better business partnership starting now and I may even get the tv bundled in later. I truly hate this has all happened but I thought going by what y’all told me every time I spoke with y’all that my bill would stay the same until the phone was fixed and usable but I just looked on my account and about cried, so please do your part as I was told and you will see I truly do my part.
