The phone at my grandfathers house will not allow call ins, but it calls out. The local sheriff stopped by yesterday because of a *** call from his house. This makes zero sense because he’s been deceased for * months. My aunt & myself are staying here to help clean up the place. The sheriff encouraged us to call centurylink & when we do there’s no option to speak to a real person. The menu options just repeat no matter what I select. *The other problem is we cannot get my deceased grandfathers account switched over to the power of attorney*my uncle. Every form they want us to fill out requires my grandfathers signature & he’s dead!!*This is absolutely ridiculous & a stupid way to run a company. **Solution we would like: get the phone fixed so people can call in. Get the account switched over to power of attorney.
