I have a 60-foot-tall pine tree on my property. It is 3 feet in diameter at the base, leaning about 10 to 15 degrees and starting to rot. I am concerned because if the tree falls, it may pull down the power line and transformer, posing a significant safety risk, especially since it's leaning towards the road. I reached out to a tree removal company 12 weeks ago for a quote, but they never showed up. Would it be possible for CMP to come out and assess the tree? Thank you, Jack Fay Please contact me at Cell# [redacted]. Our address is 5 Lewis Ave, Kittery, ME [redacted].

I reside on Swanlake Avenue in Belfast. The tree service personnel who were trimming branches near the power lines have left cut branches on top of my cable line, causing it to sag. My cable runs across a main road, and I am concerned about the safety hazard this presents. I understand the hard work being done and appreciate it, but the branches are now putting pressure on the line going into my house. I have tried reaching out, but it seems all communications are automated. Due to a brain injury and severe health issues, it is urgent for me that this situation is resolved promptly. The weight of the fallen branches on the cable line is causing it to be pulled down, especially with the impending snow and ice.

Since moving to Maine over a decade ago, we've been plagued by a recurrent issue of power loss on one leg into our home. This results in half of our lights going out and causes surges in our appliances. Despite previous visits from your team who believed the problem was resolved, it persists. During a recent windstorm, the power once again went out on the same leg, raising concerns about potential appliance damage and fire hazards. It's crucial to have a skilled technician address this promptly. The problem has been identified as outside our property by independent contractors and your staff. Given the serious risks involved, immediate resolution is imperative. Previous attempts to fix a loose connection at the meter were insufficient. This ongoing issue needs urgent attention to prevent further complications.

I would like to request the power service, currently under my name, to be shut off immediately. My stepdaughter, Natasha Fuller, has not made a payment since January [redacted] for the service at 13 Winter Street Apt 1, Waterville, Maine [redacted]. The scheduled shut-off date was supposed to be on 11/27/[redacted], as I reside in Florida and do not live in Maine. My contact number, which should be on file, is [redacted] and email is [redacted] I've been unable to access my account today, and suspect Natasha has tampered with it to prevent the power from being disconnected. I request to speak with a supervisor if the issue is not resolved promptly. Natasha Fuller should not have authority to continue the service under my name. I urge for the power to be disconnected immediately. Thank you, Kelly S.
