I originally ordered an item for an LG K** PLUS. And received the wrong item. Did not fit that phone. Original ord. * *******. And after receiving went to the return portion of there web site .. Followed the process and Received an Authorization * F*B**A. They said no need to return the item I ordered and that I would receive a store credit. Which STILL hasn't happened. After several Emailings. I get nothing but Auto Responses. So I reordered another item for the Samsung J*, New Ord * *******. Which I thought I could use for my store credit from this previous order. Well! Needles to say. They charged me again. So now I have * items I've paid fully for and no store credit. Please resolve this issue. Either a store credit or a refund. Name on acct.
