In December [redacted], I bought a Samsung Galaxy Notebook 8 wallet - Bow Clutch Wallet with a hideaway wristlet in black. Shortly after, the lock broke, and it wouldn't stay closed. I reached out to Cellular Outfitter via email in January [redacted] to request a replacement, which I received under Order #: [redacted]58. Unfortunately, the replacement wallet's lock also broke in May [redacted]. I emailed Cellular Outfitter about this 2 to 3 days ago and got a confirmation of receipt, but I'm still waiting to hear back. The wallet originally cost $18.99, and I'd like a different style with a zipper or snap like Item #: WLT-SAM-NOT 8-WCP10, which is $9.99. Since I have had issues with two wallets, I'm hoping to get two for the price of one. I'm currently using a rubber band to keep the wallet fastened. My phone is a larger size Samsung Galaxy. Tony was the last representative from Cellular Outfitter who helped me.

I bought a mobile phone case cover on 5-9-18 from CellularOutfitter. I've been attempting to return it because it's too small. I mentioned I didn't receive a shipping number but I have the package number and the receipt. I have only one email on file. When asked if I used another email, I confirmed I did not. This has been the most frustrating experience with an online company, especially as a senior. The order was small, and I am trying to get a refund for $12.47 back to my account. My son suggested reaching out to consumer affairs for assistance with the return. I tried calling the provided phone number, but received a message stating it was unrecognizable. I'm a bit puzzled by the way Cellular Outfitter handles the ordering process. They process the credit card information first and then add the shipping charge, leaving customers unsure about the total cost before making a purchase decision. I would prefer knowing the shipping charge upfront to avoid any surprises and decide whether to proceed with the purchase. The shipping cost often outweighs the item's price, making me hesitant to buy anything else from them. I enjoy purchasing your products for their quality and quick delivery, but unfortunately, I received the wrong screen protector this time. Order Summary: - Micro USB Retractable Cord Car Charger, Black x 1 - Screen Protector x 1 - 2-in-1 Touchscreen Stylus & Ballpoint Pen w/Clip x 1 I am requesting a full refund of $8.98. The charger I received is not compatible as a TURBO charger for my Droid Maxx2. I only accepted the screen protector due to a special deal and I wanted the stylus & pen instead. I do not need the screen protector. I am looking for a refund for the full amount paid. The refund page only reflects $5.99 for the charger and does not include the screen protector. I am willing to return all items, but I need the correctly compatible charger for my device.

I recently contacted your customer service, but the phone line was not working. I am concerned about resolving this issue, as it impacts my trust in your company. I ordered two wallet cases for an iPhone 7 Plus in teal blue and hot pink. The package I received had my name on it but was intended for a person named D. in Mississippi, despite me residing in Texas. Additionally, I was charged for a cleaner I did not order, and the high shipping cost did not allow for any changes. While I anticipated some problems, I would like to receive the correct items I paid for. Please rectify this situation, and I would appreciate some form of confirmation that it is being addressed. I received an email on the 9th of this month asking about my problem resolution, to which I replied No. I'm struggling to change my password as the link provided isn't working. I need assistance to sign in or have my password temporarily reset, then reset it later after completing my order. I've faced numerous issues, including not being able to use my fingerprint for login and lack of guidance on that. Kindly provide help soon, or I'll inform my friends to avoid similar frustrations. My name is Amy Polaski, and my order was supposed to be $26 and some change. I can't recall the exact cents, but after I paid, I noticed that I'm being charged $42.22, including $15.94 for shipping, even though I selected free shipping. I also expected an additional 30% discount on the two-toned designer clutch, making it $4.89 instead of $6.99. When I proceeded to checkout, a screen offering an extra 30% off popped up, so I selected the waterproof case and the clutch among other options. If I can't get the 30% discount I was initially promised, I don't want the teal and gold clutch. Moreover, all items were bundled with a 20% discount each, but only one item shows this discount. I didn't finish my order due to a 40% off coupon that was accepted but then removed multiple times during checkout. As a result, I've been charged for items I didn't purchase. I don't want the order and need all the charges refunded promptly to cover my vehicle payment due tomorrow. This experience with CellularOutfitter has left me very disappointed.

I recently purchased two Vehicle Chargers, one Blue and one Red, which arrived on June 15, [redacted]. Unlike a previous purchase that did not work well, these chargers function properly. However, I do not wish to continue as a member of Cellular Outfitter and be charged a monthly fee. I want to keep the chargers I bought without any further obligations. Kindly note my decision. Regarding a previous transaction with Cellular Outfitter, I encountered some issues. I made two orders but didn't receive any email confirmations, making it difficult for me to track them without the order numbers. One of the orders contained defective merchandise, specifically, I had requested a replacement battery pack for a Samsung 8 in rose color. While trying to resolve this, I provided the order number. Two charges of $27.96 & $20.76 were processed on 06/04 successfully. I had opted for expedited shipping, the cost of which I am looking to be refunded for post-resolution. I purchased a cell phone wallet from Outfitters, but it did not meet my expectations. The website indicated a 90-day return policy, yet they failed to mention the $5.99 return fee. Additionally, I ordered a battery flashlight combo which was missing from the shipment. After submitting a return request on July 13th, I received an email stating I would be contacted if my return request was accepted. However, I have not heard back from the company. I now have a phone case wallet that I cannot use, never received the flashlight combo, and spent over $30 on both items. I feel misled and taken advantage of. I have decided to escalate this matter by contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I am seeking a human response regarding my recent orders. On July 29th, I placed order #[redacted] for two items. I promptly received a confirmation email. Subsequently, on August 4th, I placed a second order, #[redacted], and received a confirmation for it as well. I reached out to your company via email on 8/6 to request tracking information for both orders. The response I received that evening at 6:27 p.m. seemed automated, suggesting I wanted to cancel the orders due to shipping charges. This is not the case; I simply wish to track my packages. Despite sending additional emails on 8/7 requesting more details and attempting to call for assistance today, I was informed that customer service is currently unavailable. I do not intend to cancel my orders; I am solely interested in the status and delivery timeline. Unfortunately, I am dissatisfied with the current customer service experience and am unlikely to make future purchases from your company.

I placed the order on Sunday and was informed on your website that they would be shipped out that same day by 2pm. However, I have not received any confirmation or shipping details from your company yet my credit card was charged on the same day. Despite leaving messages, I have not received a response regarding this matter. I did not receive all of my order. I did not receive a purple hummingbird case for an S5 and a teal colored mermaid case for an S8. The navy colored leather bow case for an S8 was supposed to be included, but I received a black one instead. The limited edition rose card case arrived damaged. When attempting to contact you by phone, calls are not being accepted, and emails receive automated responses. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and service. I purchased an iPhone 5 screen protector a month ago. Upon not receiving it, I reached out to your company. Finally, one month later, I received the product, which does not function as intended. Even the Apple store confirmed the defectiveness of the protector. The product lacks the sticky side necessary to adhere to the phone. Before heading out on a 30-day assignment, I made a purchase from Cellular Outfitter. The Packing Slip correctly lists the items I ordered as follows: 1. WLT-SAM-S7ED-BF05 - Embossed Butterfly Design Leather Folding Wallet Case with Wristlet, Coffee for Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge 2. SCR-SAM-S7ED-01 - Full Screen Protector, Clear for Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge 3. WLT-SAM-S7ED - Embossed dragonfly over tulip design wallet case with Matching detachable magnetic case and wristlet, Brown for Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge However, instead of receiving the Embossed dragonfly over tulip design wallet case as listed, I received a car-usable charger labeled CC01-MOTV8. I kindly request to receive the correct item, the DRF05 Embossed dragonfly over tulip design wallet case.
