After realizing I had ordered the wrong one, I promptly submitted a cancellation request just 5 minutes later explaining the error. Despite submitting 3 requests prior, as of 11:14 a.m. on June 29th, I have yet to receive a response. This morning, I received an email stating the order is being sent, even after my cancellation attempt. I have tried contacting them multiple times, including a call at 11:24 a.m. only to find out the listed number is incorrect. My main request is for them to cancel the order and refund my money.

I purchased a cell phone case and screen protector for $12.98, including shipping. Despite waiting almost 3 weeks, I hadn't received my order, so I contacted them. They informed me the items were out of stock and offered a refund of $8.99 or a chance to order something else.
Subsequently, I placed a new order for a different case and screen protector with a 40% discount. Although the confirmation email mentioned a charge of over $19, I have yet to receive anything. I have previously bought items from Cellular Outfitters, and recently, I ordered two Full Edge Clear Tempered Glass Screen Protectors and two stylus Pens for my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. However, when the package arrived today via U.S. Post, the envelope was damaged, and both screen protectors were cracked. My Grandpa and I would like to request replacements for the damaged protectors as soon as possible. I paid $20.93 for this order on July 8, [redacted]. Inside the envelope, I found a Pick List with the number [redacted], but no invoice. I recently bought an ear pod set with a charging case. I got an email saying it was delivered earlier than expected. I checked for my package but couldn't find it.
