Your order placed should come with an email or receipt that has a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to find your order and see when it is ready.
The issue in GetHuman-dbsikkem's own words
I would like a human response. I placed order ******** for two items on July **th. I did get a confirmation shortly after the order.**Then on August *th I placed a second order, ********. I also got a confirmation. **I sent the first email to your company on *** inquiring for tracking info on both orders. I got a reply email from a non-human that night at *:** p.m. saying it looked like I wanted to cancel the order because of shipping charges. That is totally not the case. I just want to know where my two orders are. I sent a second email on *** asking for more info and to speak to a person. I sent it two other times. I tried calling a few minutes ago today and got a recording that customer assistance is undergoing changes and there is no one to answer the phone. **I don't want to cancel either order, just tell me where my packages are and when I can expect them.**I hate to say it but this is not way to run a business and I will never order from your company ever again.

It's not totally resolved, but at least I finally got a response which was more of an excuse. Be persistent, that's all I can say.
