my husband and I decided to surprise our children , grandchildren and their significate others on a cruise line for Christmas, we brought a total of nine people this was everyones first cruise including ours. we were on the carnival sunshine and it tipped . we were in the dining room , dishes went flying and our dinner went flying I was so scared and sick to my stomach the rest of the week . I never wanted to take a cruise because I have always been afraid something bad would happen. I will never take another cruise through the carnival . the best thing about the cruise was the people that worked at the bar in the casino, they were very nice , polite and there to help in any way they could. we called room service for over an hour, know one ever answered. the next night i called room service they answered about ** mins later. I also called housekeeping because a bloody mary got spilled on our sheets and no one ever answered , I had to walk the hallways looking for someone working so they could help me , they finally got ahold of someone an hour later.. I feel like **.** was a joke compared to the thousands of dollars we spent. I am not the kind of person who sues people , I understand things happen but **.** was a joke. Also I feel like the people that work on your cruise boat could have tried to check on us to make sure we were all ok . I went to doctors on lower deck because I was sick as **** they gave me two pills and charged me *.** I feel like I should not have been charged since your boat tipped that made me sick ,,,
