I mistakenly reserved a car for ****-******* when I needed ****-********. Priceless Confirmation *********** Carrental.com number CRV*******. Rental is out of Detroit Metro. We prepaid $***.**. under the name Joseph Forkey. I called to change dates and I was finally able to reach Priceless (aka Executive) Car rental talking to a 'live person' this morning. I had called them last week twice, relying on their message they would return my call in the order it was received. No return call to date. I finally sent them a request via email per their website last week, it also promised prompt response. No return call or e-mail to date. Called yesterday and was told to call Priceless back today, no one their could handle my call. I called today, after only a one minute wait was told only Carrentals could help. she had no number for you, was barely polite, by the way. On your website now. Suggests this method, so I'm emailing. I need a car for correct dates **** - ******** a Detroit Metro, can you help? Should I contact Expedia, direct? Please help. phone ***-***-***** email *****@***.com.
