I contacted AVR Van Rentals for information regarding their vans. Initially, I was told that the mid row and back seats could fold down to fit an air mattress. After booking, I called to verify and was informed that all seats do not fold down. If I had known this initially, I would not have rented the van. I need to cancel my reservation with the reference number DRV[redacted]. Although the policy states no refunds, I feel misled and cannot pay for a car that does not meet my needs. Renting a van in LA was intended to enable me to sleep in it, hence my disappointment with the situation.

I had an issue at the car rental where my card was declined due to a new chip card. Despite advising them to manually enter the numbers, they declined my card again. This caused a significant problem for my vacation in Florida, [redacted] miles away from home. I would like a refund of $[redacted] charged on my card. I received confirmation (#CRV[redacted]) for a vehicle rental at AVR in Charlotte, NC for 8am on 05/27/[redacted], but upon arrival, there were no 15-passenger vans available. Zainah instructed me to wait outside, helped other customers, and finally informed me that they did not have the van I reserved despite confirming it earlier. I requested to speak to the manager, James P., but he was unavailable, so I left a message. I am still waiting for a response as of 10am on 05/28/[redacted]. Therefore, I am seeking a refund of $[redacted].94 paid in advance and compensation for the inconvenience caused by their failure to honor the reservation.

I rented a Minivan for an Orlando Family Vacation from 4/15/18 to 4/23/18 through Car Rentals.com with Priceless Car Rental for $71.97. Priceless contacted me on 4/19/18 to say they couldn't honor the price. I spoke with Daniel at CarRentals.com and we agreed they would reimburse the difference when I switched to a Toyota Corolla for $[redacted].07. Daniel promised a credit of $[redacted].10 to my Visa. Despite multiple emails, I haven't received the credit as of 5/30/18. I'm frustrated and want the issue resolved promptly.

I rented a car via CarRentals.com with reservation code LFX019D603 from Dublin Intl Airport for May 12-18, [redacted].
Initially, I was given a Renault Clio instead of the Ford Focus I had booked. However, the main issue is about the pricing discrepancy. The booking receipt stated a total price of US$[redacted].45, but both the receipt given at pickup and the website show US$[redacted].45. Surprisingly, my credit card was charged [redacted].56 Euros. I returned the car with a full tank, but I have not received any refund yet.
I have rented from your company multiple times without issues like this. Can you please explain the differences in the pricing details and refund me for the incorrect charge?

On June 14, [redacted], I made an online car reservation using my mom's credit card because I don't have one. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the airport to pick up the car without my mom, I was informed that I couldn't rent the car. I tried to explain the situation, but the car rental company wouldn't accommodate me. Despite canceling the reservation, a $97.88 charge was still made to my mom's credit card. I kindly request a refund for this charge as the reservation was canceled due to the inability to rent without the actual cardholder present. If the rental company had requested identification matching the credit card initially, this situation could have been avoided. Please contact me via email for further information.

I reserved a car on August 17 with Enterprise at Jacksonville International Airport using my debit card since I didn't have a credit card available. Unfortunately, I couldn't go through with the rental and had to cancel my plans.

I would like to confirm my reservation status after making a payment and receiving the confirmation code "LFPO8AOF9". Despite this, I later received an email requesting me to "finish my reservation," which has confused me.

I purchased a 7-passenger vehicle from RarRentals.com to pick up at Priceless Car Rental on 8-23-18 and return on 8-27-18. Upon arrival, I discovered that although my email confirmation stated a 7-passenger vehicle, their system only had it listed as a 5-passenger (SFAR). Despite prepaying for the 7-passenger vehicle, Priceless did not have the right car and directed me to a neighboring rental place where I had to pay an extra $[redacted] for an upgrade. Additionally, I had purchased insurance through RarRentals, but as I could not get the rental from Priceless, the insurance could not be used. It was an entirely inconvenient situation.

I recently noticed unfamiliar charges of nearly $3,[redacted] on my card, prompting me to cancel it swiftly. It seems that the only charge that went through was to CarRentals.com, a company I am unable to reach. My card company froze the amount for investigation, lasting up to 90 days, causing me to turn to a payday loan to cover bills. I'm frustrated with this predicament. I had a car rented with Fox in Denver through CarRentals.com with Confirmation #LFXP08B5BA. Fox acknowledged the reservation, but they wouldn't accept it as we didn't have the original credit card used for payment, which was canceled due to fraudulent activity and replaced by Amex. Even though we had the new AMEX card from the same account and valid IDs accepted by TSA, they refused to honor the reservation citing policy. The payment had already been made to CarRentals. We had to rent directly from Fox. We need to contact CarRentals promptly to resolve this matter and ensure a refund.

I just arrived in London from the United States. I had booked a car rental through carrental.com with Easirent using confirmation number LES0001E68. Upon arrival, Easirent refused to accept the rental insurance from Allianz Global Assistance that I purchased on the carrental.com site. They insisted on an additional $[redacted], which I declined.
After canceling with Easirent, I booked with Almo using confirmation number #[redacted]. When I arrived at Almo, they had no vehicles available and directed me to Avis, who also had no cars.
Now, I am returning to London by train and need transportation to my final destination. Spending a total of 4 hours between the two rental companies after an 8-hour flight is completely unacceptable.

I rented a car from this website because they advertised unlimited mileage, but upon arrival at U SAVE (MIAMI LOCATION), I encountered many surprises. They have restrictions for Florida residents, only allowing [redacted] miles and not permitting travel outside of Florida. I have not received a confirmation email for my car rental yet. I noticed a pending charge on my credit card, but I do not have any other proof of booking. To request a copy of the confirmation email, they require the confirmation code, which I cannot provide since I did not receive the email.
