my name is neil Blenkinsop. res.no.*********Alamo confirmation is ***********I booked * seven seaters and a * door car through you to be picked up in Orlando florida on the **th December. we were offered upgrades which we refused twice!*the lady dealing with our reservation went off and when she came back she said we'd been given * free upgrades. signed all the paperwork and one had $*** charge on it. when we queried this was told it was just a formality and no charge would be taken off the card. on arriving home I found they had taken this amount off my card. have contacted them and they have offered a **% refund but as this is the *nd time they have done this I feel they should give a full refund for misleading us. is there anything I can do about this? **neil
