Web page design feedback - NOT USER FRIENDLY. I extremely dislike the new Capitol One web page format. I don't like the 'I Want to' drop down. A dash board is much easier to use. I want the option to link to my rewards when I log in - not have to hunt for it. Also, the format gives no Chat or Contact Us option. A chat head popped up once when I was trying to navigate the page, but the chat ended while I was typing. There was no offer to extend the chat time or reactivate it. All other Capitol One connections have been fabulous. The web page sticks out as a sore thumb - yuck!
GetHuman634459 did not yet indicate what Capital One should do to make this right.
