I was trying to order something special for my son and his wife and my Grandaughter and her husband but of course no presents for either and no explanation what happened. BAD customer service!!!! ... I ordered two separate canvases and was told they would arrive Dec**. It is the ** and STILL NOTHING! These were Christmas presents how embarrassing! ********* and *********. Said order was shipped on Dec **. One no update since Dec **. I am ready to write a horrible review, and request money refunded for both. Damage is done no gift on Christmas. I will try another Canvas company!!! I WOULD APPRECIATE A RESPONSE!

I trusted them to deliver when promised and was embarrassed with out a gift.

Explanation Why Money refunded Canvases delivered A response from Canvas People would be nice ignoring the issue is Very Bad for future business

I was planning on ordering two more but now I’ all go somewhere else!
