I have been trying to deactivate my account for months. Literally at least * months now. *I have responded to your emails asking me to confirm deactivation, yet I keep getting charged the $**.** every month.*I do NOT use this service and don't understand why this is happening. I am close to complaining to the BBB and raising ****.*AS of this point you are stealing from me, and I want my money reimbursed to me, and my account deactivated.*Please respond to me asap, regarding this frustrating issue.
