Resolve the problem of B*** ... received notice error B****tried to fix it from info on the internet*which said " turn printer on and watch the ink and when it reaches past the half way mark we were*suppose to close the printer area! *We tried this and the complete printer shut down and would not restart! do you have a solution for this problem. What we tried did not work and now the Printer will not come on, period!

It would be nice if this problem could be resolved on this Printer! If not, *It would be great if Canon would pay for a new Printer!
