I am trying to identify the style, make, and model of my new Calvin Klein jacket. It has a brownish metal Calvin Klein emblem at the bottom of the left pocket. This polyester-lined jacket has four inner pockets and features the Calvin Klein name stitched throughout the inside lining. The interior is gray and black, while the exterior is black. Additionally, it has one pocket on the upper left shoulder and zip-up arms that expand from the wrist to elbow. Under the armpits, there are breathable holes. I would like to know more details about this stylish jacket and its retail cost.

Hello, I recently visited Calvin Klein Underwear at Select City Walk on 21/12/19 and made a purchase. I am a loyal customer of the brand, but I was shocked by the behavior of a salesperson named Mannit. She was very rude when speaking to us and gave away the item we had selected to another customer, claiming we had not purchased it, which was untrue. The way she spoke to us was unacceptable, and even the manager did not intervene, which was disappointing. The whole experience left me feeling embarrassed, especially as I was with my wife and kids who were also taken aback by her actions. She finally gave us her name after multiple requests and took a long time to process the bill, asking us to return later for change, which was inconvenient. I hope appropriate action will be taken to address this behavior, otherwise, I may have to reconsider my loyalty to the brand due to such unprofessionalism.

Good morning, I have a complaint regarding a return I made at the Ragusa store in Sicily. The Calvin Klein boots I purchased on December 19, [redacted], had a defect. After 10 days, I did a return and on February 8, [redacted], I chose a coat with a 50% discount, but I was only offered a 30% discount because I had bought the boots at that reduced price. This seems unreasonable to me. The store is located at the Le Masserie shopping center in Ragusa. I ended up paying a difference of €56 instead of just €5. I would like to be compensated or get something of equivalent value from the store. Thank you.

Good morning. Today, I visited your store at the Euroma2 shopping center. I asked the saleswoman to show me a pair of shoes and to my surprise, she addressed me using the informal "you" form! Given that I am a 72-year-old woman with white hair and not a young customer, I expect a bit of politeness from the staff. Throughout my long life, I have never presumed to use the informal "you" with people I don't know and who are older than me. I believe that this overly "friendly" attitude is not appropriate for a prestigious and globally-known BRAND like yours. As a long-time customer, I request that elderly ladies like myself be addressed with the formal "you" form. I'm not sure if this is part of your sales technique. If it is, I advise you to change it because it's definitely not well-received by grandmothers like me. Thanking you for your attention, I bid you a cordial farewell. Maria Stella B.

La politica aziendale mette i clienti in difficoltà! Desidero condividere la mia esperienza: abbiamo ricevuto un regalo in saldo del valore di [redacted] euro, acquistato presso il vostro punto vendita a Carini, centro commerciale Poseidon. Quando abbiamo cercato di scambiare la taglia, gli assistenti ci hanno detto che non era possibile durante il weekend (che è scomodo per chi lavora), che non avrebbero emesso buoni (costringendoci a comprare qualcos'altro) e che non avrebbero effettuato lo scambio se non raggiungevamo l'importo esatto. Inoltre, se avessimo sbagliato lo scambio, non avremmo potuto correggere l'errore. Questo ci ha costretto a comprare merci non desiderate anziché aspettare la nuova collezione. Avevamo intenzione di acquistare altri regali, ma ora eviteremo i negozi del vostro marchio. Sembra un raggiro che tiene i soldi dei clienti in ostaggio da un'azienda che dovrebbe essere seria.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Calvin Klein store in the Las Vegas outlet mall. Despite being polite when approached by multiple staff members, I was treated rudely by the manager. As I tried on clothes, I was abruptly interrupted by security, which was embarrassing. The manager was unprofessional, refused to identify herself, and made me feel targeted. Such behavior is unacceptable in customer service. As someone who works in a customer-facing role myself, I understand the importance of respectful treatment.
