Having trouble renewing subscription for calm premium, I entered continue to enter apple password, nothing happens? Why?

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble renewing your Calm Premium subscription. This issue can occur due to several reasons such as an unstable internet connection, outdated app version, or a glitch in the App Store. We recommend ensuring your internet connection is stable and updating the Calm App to the latest version if it is not already. If the issue persists, try signing out and back into your Apple ID in the Apple App Store settings, then attempt the renewal process again. If these steps don't help, it might be an issue related to the Apple's server or billing which need to be addressed with Apple Support.

I need a refund. I cancelled my free subscription the day I was suppose to and still there as charged $69.99

We're sorry to hear about the inconvenience. As a helpful guide, please remember that canceling your free trial must be done more than 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. A refund, however, can be requested through the platform you used for purchase. If you purchased through Apple, a request for a refund can be submitted through Apple Support. If you purchased through Google Play, Google Play may offer a refund or you can contact us within 48 hours of your purchase. To get the best results, reach out as soon as you notice the charge.

I started a free trial and was instantly charged for a ind year subscription which I do not want.

We apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing. While we don't handle customer service directly, the typical step is to cancel your subscription through the platform you used for purchasing it (Apple's App Store or Google Play Store) to avoid future charges. If you were charged immediately after signing up for a free trial, it might mean that you've already used an introductory offer previously, as these are typically available once per user. Please ensure to cancel the auto-renewal so that you are not billed in the future. For refunds, you will need to contact the platform's customer service as they manage transaction concerns.

I had a trial subscription account set up. However, our job is giving us free access to calm (City of Newport News). It appears I can't set up an account with the city because it says I already have an account. Help

It seems you need to join the Calm subscription provided by your employer, City of Newport News, but you've already set up a trial account before this. To resolve this, you should first cancel your trial subscription, ensure it is no longer active, and then sign up anew with the details provided by your employer for the free access. This way, you would be able to avail the benefits provided by your employer without facing any conflict with the previous trial account. The critical point is to make sure the trial subscription is entirely deactivated to avoid any overlaps.

I have been charged twice on my visa bill for my calm app. Once by apple.com and once by calm.com. This needs to be remedied. HELP. ingela helgesson

We're sorry to hear that you have been charged twice for the Calm App. This typically happens when you signed up for subscriptions through both Apple's App store and through the Calm website. To remedy this, please cancel one of your subscriptions. If you continue to experience issues, contact your bank and ask them to dispute the extra charge. Going forward, be sure to subscribe either through the app or directly from the website to avoid double charges.
