I need to know if our **** CA State tax filing (refund) has been received by e-File. **This past March was the second time we filed jointly with a certain tax person. One document was missing when we left her office, so I emailed her the PDF that evening. After a month without our refund appearing in our account- I began to call* email. FINALLY, after a dozen attempts, she replied to email stating I forgot to send doc back in March :( I researched and discovered that my email was send- but in error! Thus- I immediately forwarded the PDF again- correctly, and she promptly replied saying she would complete*send our return the following morning- MAY **. *To date- we have called- emailed and made an online appointment at her office- an hour away- and she was a no-show! Friday, a week ago- called IRS And found they have NO record of our **** electric filing. HELP
