Perhaps have more accurate signs displayed in stores so people are not seeing inaccurate information. ... This is not a complaint...really. But my CVS displays signs that read, "Masks required by Law" which is incorrect. Masks are NOT required by any law. Masks have been been required by local governing bodies, governors, or mayors, etc. but no law(s) exists to mandate wearing masks. I think this is an important distinction. Citizens should know that no federal or state governments have laws requiring masks to be worn. People are following local ordinances and wearing masks by choice which is an important distinction from "...by LAW."
I doubt if people realize the information on the signs is wrong and misleading, as well as potentially harmful if the signs contribute to people believing and*or accepting that government can micro mandate their choices all the way down to a face covering (a face covering that is almost worthless by the way).
Post new signs. The signs in the store I go to are all Sharpie on paper--easy to fix.
This is a rude and somewhat confrontational question. I don't need to be a "good" customer in order to call attention to a mistake that, to me, is important to point out and easy to fix.
Someone with a bit of an attitude created the questions on this page ! But yes, I tried ignoring the signs, but that didn't make them go away or mitigate the fact that they convey inaccurate information.
