FIRST of all, your brochure was a farce. If it were only for ExtraCare card holders, it should have stated at the top in large letters. I was trying to tell you I was provided with the wrong items and over charged . Not the items I requested on sale from the brochure. I stated that I wanted to take advantage of some of the sale items. I should have been asked if I was a EC card holder then. ... Received a flyer*brochure nice sales listed. On Apr * I placed an order. Brochure good thru Apr **.*Ordered * Lindt gold bunnies - solid chocolate listed at B*G*-*** off. I had asked if they were solid.* Substitution was made of "Russell Stover" hollow bunnies. full price $*.** each.*Asked for two cans of Planter mixed nuts listed as B*G**Was substituted * Cans whole cashews full price $**,** each.*Ordered * Cadbury eggs B*G* free on brochure. Sent * eggs price $*.** each. These were the size of maybe a pullet egg. *Are there different sizes? *Ordered Whitman candy boxes listed at B*G*- This was never addressed.*We have been CVS card*customers for many years. *Later in very fine print it was shown that must be an ExtraCare card holder before *******. I do not know what an ExtraCard is. We were never informed of this.*Now on the ticket it says : Get your ExtraCare card. Help*How many other customers were confused by this brochure???
I had never heard of the EC card. Now I will gladly apply for one and hope that there are sale brochures in the future that state the requirements for shopping from it!!
FIX your brochures in future!!! Refund some of the money I was charged for double items which were not the ones ordered. If it were possible, I would return some of the items, but the coronvirus prevents me from leaving home. They were kind enough to take an order for drive-thru pick-up, but I should have been called to ask my approval on the substitutions and told me the prices were not those shown on brochure!!!!!!!*!*!
Have been a CVS customer for over ** years!!!!!*My Husband and I have held regular CVS cards ever since they were introduced!!!!! We have spent winters at our home in FL for ** yrs and still shop the CVS stores there.
Explained problem and quoted all items and prices and the problem of the brochure . I waited for reply or suggestions from you on possible ways to resolve.
