I purchased a Butterball frozen turkey at Target on 12/19/[redacted] for my Christmas dinner. It weighed 20.24 lbs and cost $15.14. After following the defrosting and cooking instructions, the turkey took longer to cook than expected. The meat turned out very moist, almost mushy, with fatty dark meat. The turkey wings were also cut off at one end, which was strange. As an experienced cook who has prepared turkeys for over 45 years, I was disappointed with this unexpected outcome. Unfortunately, I discarded the labels and packaging but have the Target receipt. I hope for a resolution to this issue and a refund of the purchase price. I appreciate your attention to this matter as I had guests over for dinner and had to rely on ham instead. Looking forward to your response. - K.S.

I recently bought 2 Butterball turkeys from Ingles Grocery and am eligible for a $3 rebate on each turkey through IBOTTA. However, I've been struggling to get my $6 rebate credited to my account. Despite providing photos of the turkeys, explaining the issue, and sending a copy of my receipt, IBOTTA says the product does not qualify. I've been communicating with them for two days (#[redacted]), but to no avail. I kindly request your assistance in reaching out to IBOTTA on my behalf to resolve this matter before other Butterball customers face a similar frustration. Please contact me at [redacted], and I can share the details of my communication with IBOTTA for your reference. Thank you.

I purchased an oven-toasted turkey and collected it yesterday. It was well wrapped in heavy foil and thick plastic. The instructions advised thawing it for 2 hours in the foil in cool water if it still felt slightly frozen. After carefully removing the plastic, I noticed some small holes in the foil. Following the thawing process, a lot of water came out of the foil. I realized later that I should not have removed the plastic, as the instructions did not mention it. The cooking instructions state to leave the turkey in the foil and cook at [redacted] until reaching an internal temperature of [redacted]. I am concerned about potential bacteria in the sink and whether the cooking process will eliminate it. Should I discard the turkey?

Dear Customer Service, I recently purchased a $30 (20lbs) butterball Turkey for Thanksgiving, expecting to have leftovers for two people. Unfortunately, after cooking the Turkey for 4.5 hours, I discovered a plastic sac inside that contaminated the meat and the gravy I made. I had to discard the entire Turkey, causing disappointment as we couldn't enjoy the meal. We usually love your Turkeys and haven't encountered this problem before. Due to financial constraints and exceeding my budget, I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue, as I would like to purchase another Turkey to remake the meal. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

On November 17th, I bought a Butterball Boneless Turkey Breast with Gravy, 3lb frozen from Walmart at [redacted] Mills Dr. N Huntingdon, Pa [redacted]. Due to unavailability, they substituted it with your Butterball Ready to Roast Boneless Turkey Breast, 3lb frozen. I wasn't aware that it was a seasoned roast, and it was the worst turkey I've ever had in my 71 years. It tasted overwhelmingly like garlic. Despite emailing and calling right after trying it, I received no response. The bar code is [redacted], expiration 08/05/[redacted], and customer number [redacted], p-[redacted]. When I reached out to your company, I was told I wouldn't receive a replacement. All I'm asking for is a coupon or voucher for a Butterball Boneless Turkey Breast with Gravy to make up for our ruined Thanksgiving meal. It was disappointing not to have turkey on our table. I've always chosen Butterball for Thanksgiving, but this experience was disappointing.
