I joined your app to get discounts on food. I never got the info to activate the account. I contacted your office seven days ago, with a promise I would receive a $* credit. I have not received that either. At this point, I am beyond frustrated with the App, the Palmyra Burger King, and your ridiculous suggestion that I wait an additional week for the credit I was promised. Your app works...sometimes. Your privately owned Burger King will not honor the discount unless I have the "code" which, of course, I am still waiting to get. I like the food but not enough to put up with the aggravation to save a bit of money. Clearly, your company has not yet realized that emails are basically instant...except Burger King's computer system does not work like that. I live less than a mile from your store. Guess how many times I will eat there now???? I was already hungry and frustrated when I could not get the discount, I STILL do not have the discount, and frankly, your customer service is abysmal. Always a wise move, to suggest to your customer that has already waited a week, to wait yet another week. You are no longer Burger King, there is no royalty involved in this business at all, other than perhaps the sense of entitlement that your business seems to have. I suppose the same person that developed the app, also cooked vegetarian food on a grill with meat, and decided to send emails out in batches once a week. I certainly hope this is enough information but I do wonder if this email will even be acknowledged. The agents apologized but that means nothing when you do not resolve the original issue.
