Bungie.net doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-fonixdun will want to follow the link below to head to their help center. We will check on GetHuman-fonixdun later to make sure it's all set or try to help escalate.
I live far out of town where unfortunately the only internet we have is Hughes net satellite, but I can still play destiny* and as long as I have others to piggyback on I can do matchmaking. I've been playing Gambit, trying to do my malfeasance quest and we've been getting booted from matches of late. Today the others got guitar code while I saw no enemies or the mote bank, then got booted and the "incomplete match" warning screen, and wheni go to the website, there's no where to report that it's network issues. After resetting our routers and Mac addresses we tried again and no avail and got a timeout. There is no way to tell bungie this is not my fault and there's nothing I can do about it and if this continues not only will I not be able to finish any Gambit quest but I won't be able to play! Bungie please help me So I do not suffer consequences unjustly.
GetHuman-fonixdun did not yet indicate what Bungie.net should do to make this right.
