Hello my name is Andrew Barajas I'm contacting you about a Issue I a Experiencing with destiny * I have a XBOX One x and every time I play destiny sometime within the day my xbox one x over heats and shuts down and it dont do it when I play other games Recently since the festival of the lost Came back to destiny I have been experiencing it more than ever I Have been mainly experiencing It when I a playing the dark Forest my xbox is shutting down randomly within between * and ** minutes and I know that its just destiny doing this because my girlfriend has a xbox one x also and we where playing together in the dark forest and her xbox one x did the same exact thing and shut down so i believe There something within Destiny that's overloading the xbox and making it overheat I've lost hours of game time due to this issue and Hundreds of rewards Specially the from the dark forest due to I get almost to the end of the time and it shut down my xbox and I dont get any of the rewards I really hope you guys find a way to fix this problem I really want to Enjoy playing the festival Lost events and destiny * in general Like everyone else and I cannot do this at this time and if there is a way I would like to get some of the rewards I did not receive from the dark forest if there is a way to get those I would be grateful thanks for reading hopefully I hear a response soon
