Bumble App told me that I had a * week free trial. I started it, and then was told that it would cost X amount of money. Figuring it meant that I would be charged that amount AFTER the subscription, I approved the "purchase." When I went to cancel the subscription so that I didn't forget about it and accidentally auto-renew, I was told that my subscription would be active for * months. At the bottom of the complaint form, they ask that you enter your email address. I did so, and when I tried to submit, an error came up and said it was the wrong email that I typed in! I tried about ten more times with the same error with no luck. I've only used one email address since iphones were created! This is an absolute joke! If I was tricked into paying, I just want my money back!
