I have a Brother MFC***DW (LC***). I know this by heart because of the number of sites that have directed me to places where following the %$@* instructions have always lead me to "troubleshooter can find the problem, but you are welcome to look elsewhere." I have been using Brother products since ****, but I'm ready to throw my printer out the window. Do you know how much of my valuable time I've wasted on trying to solve this problem. I'm a known playwright, and I've been without a printer for two months. If I ultimately have to throw my Brother printer out the window, the name "Brother Printer" will make it into every comedy of mine until the year ****. What's wrong with my Brother printer? Tell you in detail? The %*&* doesn't work and I am not a &*() Brother printer repair person who knows what to do because Brother printers are notorious delicate when powered by Wifi, which is ubiquitous. And nary a soul to talk to about this. I am ** and I have have an aggressive sarcoma. Call me. Walk me through fixing this. Michael Neville, ***-********.
