I live in the US and my parents have a visa to come and visit me in July. I was trying to book a ticket with British Airways from July ** to August ** of **** but they are flying from Albania and there’s an airport change in London from LGW to LHR and the layover time it says it’s * hours and ** minutes. I wanted to find out if they will be going through border control in the UK and if they need a visa to get to the other airport. My parents do not know any English and I don’t want them to get lost or miss the flight . Are they going to claim the luggage on LGW and go to LHR? Is * hours and ** minutes enough time for them to get to LHR. It is their first time flying so I just want to make sure they don’t get lost . Can you please email me as soon as you can . Thank you
