****o, *my name is Monia, I have been trying to book a flight with BA from London Gatwick to Madrid leaving on **st June **:**am and return to Heathrow on **th June **:**pm.*I have been trying to book for about ** hours and nothing was done.**st: the system got in a loop and I didn't even know if my flight was booked nor if I had been charged.**nd: I tried again and, for about *-* times, after submitting my card details, I was put on wait and eventually told that the flight was no longer available. **rd: I tried again and the flight was actually available but the system got into a loop again and I was "told" that somebody else had booked the flight in the meantime.**th: when eventually I managed to access from another search engine (skyscanner redirecting into BA) I was informed by BA that the same flight was available but had gone up by £ **. **I believe that this is an unacceptable service and from BA I would definitely expect a much better service. *When I started looking at the flight the cost was £ ***, then it went up to £ *** and eventually further £** were added...
