Good afternoon,**We just bought the aforementioned product and I have been going through the manual. The second thing I did was open the door and slide in all of the racks according to the color photo on the front of the box.*When I got down to the crumb rack*drawer I assumed it would slide under the bottom tray*rack. Wrong! The result was that I scraped the non-stick coating off with the two edges. With the door open, as in the picture, I couldn’t tell that this rack went underneath the whole unit since there is no diagram or “NOTE” in the manual to alert me to this. It was only later that I noted the small picture on the front of the manual which shows its proper placement. **This is a frustrating beginning with your product and as I imagine I can’t be the first consumer to experience this perhaps you might want to include a note or diagram at the beginning of the manual or... consider putting a proper placement decal on this drawer or on the plastic bag. **Hoping to enjoy your product I am:*Fred Teach
