I placed an order ********. The website lead me to believe I would receive my order within *-** days with express shipping. I needed it for Christmas so the timing should’ve been fine. The order didn’t arrive until ***** while I was out of town. I have been requesting a return shipping label for over * weeks and all I get is a canned reply but no label. No one answers customer service line ever, and the live chat is never on. I should not have to pay for this. Moreover I want reassurance they are going to refund my money. They’re return policy states you have to return items within ** day of placing the order. Under the circumstances, that has not been possible.
