Our return policy at Brandy Melville is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. Products must be in their original condition with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of any damages or alterations. We provide refunds in the original form of payment for online and in-store purchases. However, please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, we offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, depending on availability. For hygienic reasons, swimwear, intimates, earrings, and bodysuits are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, customers can follow the instructions on our website or visit any of our retail stores.
