Hello, **Which product --*MacBook Air - macOS Mojave (Version **.**.*) **Box Drive * Online Box Account* *What happened -- I mistakenly started deleting a folder in my Box Drive however, I was able to cancel the deletion before it finished. After that, I noticed the folder was neither in my Box drive or even the trashcan. When I checked my Box online, the folder was there so I simply duplicated it and kept working as usual. **The Problem -- Ever since, my box drive has not been able to sync to my online box account. I am not even able to copy the folder from Box Drive to somewhere else (e.g.: my desktop). I keep running into an error message with only two of my folders being able to get copied. I also noticed the documents I had in the folder on my Box Drive before all this happened do not open at all. So I basically have to go to my Drive and re-download them to be able to open then. Clearly there is a disconnect between my Box Drive and my Online Box account but I have no idea how to fix it.**How do I need this resolved -- I need to exchange my computer but without getting these files backed up, I will not be able to do so. I need to figure out how to "sync" my Box Drive while keeping the new content I have in it and the old content I have online. Not sure how to go about doing this and any suggestions would be helpful. **Thank you!
