Get a refund ... I purchased Bose Soundsport Headphones in February at a Bose Store. They left ear didn't work on phone calls, so I called Bose and they recommended I return the headphones. I included my receipt in the return. The new headphones came and had the same issue. I called support and was told to return them again, which I did. The third set of headphones came, same issue. Now I would like a refund. But I no longer have the receipt. I can show my credit card statement, and obviously, I am a customer, and have the headphones in their original packaging. May I please have a refund.
